Policies
The bill for services will be based on prices in effect at the time services are rendered.
Orders must be placed 24 hours in advance in order to assure availability and timely delivery.
Orders placed with less than 24 hours notice may incur an additional service charge, and must be confirmed via telephone with catering coordinator or café management
Orders placed within a 24 hour notice will not be accepted in the system but will be considered at the discretion of management via phone call. An additional charge may incur.
Operating Hours are Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:00pm. Events scheduled outside of these hours will be subject to an additional fee.
Unused items such as bottled water or sodas shall not be returned for credit, nor will charges be based on consumption.
We accept Visa, MasterCard or American Express.
Payment is due at the time of delivery or before.
Orders coming from a profile without a credit card saved will not be accepted.
Guest count is considered final at 2 days prior to event.
Final billing shall be based on (1) the guaranteed number of attendees or actual number of attendees, whichever is greater, and (2) the final menu of items and services provided by Eurest to meet your requirements.
Cancellations or late changes may result in a charge for cost of food, supplies, or other expenses incurred.
Cancellations must be submitted in writing.

After hour delivery/pick up……..$50.00
Carvers ......... $45.00/hour
Chefs ........... $65.00/hour
Bartenders .... $45.00/hour
Additional Servers ... $45.00/hour
Additional labor charges will be applied to events exceeding two hours duration.
Off-site Set-Up/Delivery may incur an additional Set-Up/Delivery Fee.
Special Arrangements: Our catering staff is happy to assist you with decoration ideas. Theme decorations are available for an additional charge.
